Daniel Craig as Bond

I really enjoyed watching Daniel Craig as Bond as I believe he showed the real tough and gritty side to 007. The series will benefit greatly from Craig continuing as James Bond.

I think Craig is similar to Timothy Dalton in the way he is very serious in the role of 007. The beginning of Quantum of Solace showed James Bond at his best - the scene where he travels to Haiti and kills a man in a hotel, before sparking a spectacular motor boat chase - this was just classic Bond!

In Casino Royale, Daniel Craig again showed the tough no-nonsense 007 after he was poisoned by Le Chiffre’s girlfriend Valenka. He managed to recover in quick time and go on to defeat Le Chiffre in the poker contest - this was nothing short of a miracle!

As much as I value each Bond actor and their contribution to the series, I really admired Daniel Craig as James Bond as he brought out the best in 007.
